How do I book? And how much are sessions?
Click on BOOK NOW to open our booking calendar. You will be able to choose from Communal or Private sessions.
Communal sessions are £15 (max 7 people)
Private sessions are £90 for 6 people ( 2 more can be added at £10 extra per person)
Community Sauna sessions – Wednesdays 3-5PM is a pay as you go option – turn up and NO BOOKING REQUIRED pay at the door
New dates for communal and private saunas will be opened up one month in advance and can be booked on a first come first served basis
How long are sessions?
Communal – 1 1/4 hours
Private – 1 1/4 hours
Community Sauna – 2 hours Wednesdays 3-5PM will be a pay as you go option – turn up and NO BOOKING REQUIRED, pay at the door
What is your cancellation policy?
You may reschedule or cancel all bookings up to 48 hours prior to your booking using the link in your confirmation letter. All cancellations will receive a credit note to the value of the booking to use at a later date.
If you choose to cancel with less than 48 hours notice then unfortunately no credit will be made to your account. If this happens we are very happy for you to pass on your booking to another person/party. Please inform us of this in advance.

MEADOW COTTAGE
Toilets, changing van (unisex),free parking, honesty box for tea/coffee, homemade goodies, walks, cold water shower (swimming pond to come)
What happens to lost property?
Any items will be dated and kept for one month. If not claimed within this time they will be donated to local charity.
Can I bring alcohol?
Our saunas are alcohol free. Alcohol and saunas is not a good mix and we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone under the influence of alcohol.
There may be SPECIAL EVENTS at our locations where alcohol is permitted but NOT INSIDE THE SAUNA or in between sessions.
Can I bring children?
We are very sorry but at this time we are not allowed to permit anyone under the age of 16.

What do I need to bring?
What happens in bad weather?
Please embrace the elements, however if the weather forecast is for 40 mph or more a credit or refund will be given.
How do I buy a voucher?

Sauna hats - what are they and are they necessary?
They are usually made of 100% wool felt to keep your head cool and ears and hair protected. It is a case of personal choice whether you use one or not.
There will be sauna hats available to borrow or to purchase/order.
Can I wear jewellery or a watch in the sauna?
Should not be worn in the sauna as they could become very hot and burn.
Can I bring phones or other gadgets into the sauna?
Our saunas are phone and gadget free – enjoy the freedom!
Can I make a Christmas or New Year booking?
