You can find our wild sauna at the following stunning locations in Morayshire, Scotland.
At the coast
Hopeman East Beach
Enjoy extensive views of the sea and mountains beyond. Occasionally, in inclement weather or when preceded by an exercise class it will be tucked in the little area behind the beach huts and car park.
Our Thursday to Sunday COMMUNAL and PRIVATE sessions and WEDNESDAY COMMUNITY SESSIONS will be here.
In the meadow
Meadow Cottage, Meadow Hillock, Roseisle
This is where our sauna will be based most the time. For for those who want to sauna while looking at the hills of Morayshire, the Burghead Bay and the West Coast beyond, interspersed by a dip in a cold water tub/cold shower (swimming pond to come) then this is the place for you.

BUT do not use our postcode in your Sat Nav because it will take you somewhere completely different! We are a mile off the road off a track – in our own little piece of heaven – it’s the end of the track – a bit tricky to find but worth it when you get here!

Roseisle Forest Picnic Site - COMING SOON
Experience a sauna with forest bathing, followed by a dip in the sea accessed minutes away or a cold shower at the sauna.
